Video Tutorial for the First Time Using the Parent Portal

When logging into the Genesis Parent Portal, your username is always your email address.  If you change your email, please contact pacifico.marissa@upperschools.org.  Also, we only need one email address that connects to the Genesis Parent Portal and our Blackboard calling system. Also, if you have a change of address, we need proof of residency prior to changing any information in our student system. Thank you.
